New Photoshop Technique

Ok, you have seen those models that they have of things to show what they'll look like when they build them, real nice miniatures done by architect firms. Or like when your flying in from a jet an everything below looks like a mini-model?

Hopefully you know what I am talking about. I just learned how to make a photo look like its a photo of one of those models, because if you have ever photographed one, whats in focus is very limited because you are so close with your camera.
