Eating should be fun, right?

What I mean eating should be about math or science, right?

Since we are leaving for overseas for 9 days, I have to look at expiration dates or spoilage properties and either EAT IT or TOSS IT before it goes bad.

I discovered something tooooooo sweet, so you got to try this!

Okay, get a couple of egg yolks, thats the yellow part. Put them in a little bowl, 2 really large yolks or 3 small ones will be fine. Add 2 or three spoons of sugar. Regular spoon, not the official measuring kind. STIR/MIX very well. There is a chemical reaction, so technically, the yolk isn't raw anymore, and you should be able to eat it just fine even if you have never eaten a raw egg. I do this for a treat for myself every now and then. But that wasn't my discovery.

Dip a rice-krispy type treat in the above and take a bite! I immediately had to go straight to the milk jug and take a big gulp to neutralize it. Then I finished the rice-krispy treat that way!

[While looking for a egg yolk picture, I actually found out about YEMAS]

My other new DIP recipe:
an amount of your favorite salsa
1/2 that amount of ranch dip
1/2 of the salsa amount of cream cheese
use a processor or heavy duty mixer to get it ultra-mixed
now you can dip that tortilla chip for a real treat
for you math and science teachers, its a 2:1:1 ratio
