Mini-TIGR Project

There is a famous Russian Sniper Rifle called a Druganov SVD

There is a 'made for the hunter' version called the TIGR based on the Druganov

The TIGR probably start in the low $3000, and a real military Druganov will be between $5-6000, I am guessing.

My project, make a Mini-TIGR

I'll be starting with a new stainless steel version of the Ruger 10/22.

For the stock I am going with an ATI Fiberforce

And this silver scope to go with the stainless barrel



Internally, the rifle will have:
A) the auto bolt release modification (I learned how to do with a dremel tool)

B) the bolt buffer stop has been replaced since I had an extra

C) I ordered an extended magazine release

D) I put a slip on larger bolt handle (I had an extra).



To finish off the 'sniper' look, I am putting on a non-functional silencer.


Total cost should be just under $500
This is sort of a birthday present to myself, so I hope are the parts are in so I can have it completed by then!
