Within 30 minutes of unboxing, I upgraded the hard drive to a 750 gigabyte (before I ever turned the thing on)!
Then updated to 3.55 firmware, then the Kmeaw 3.55 Custom Firmware, installed Multiman manager and a few other things. Plugged it into network and set to move games to it!
Now need to position it in its "home" change to Wifi and move the rest of the games over, probably take 24 hours or so!
