If you go to the grocery store and use the self checkout and bag your own stuff, shouldn't you get a 1% discount at the end?
ATM fees? It is all electronic, the is no extra labor involved using some other banks ATM, neither bank should be charging us. You know that because you can go to the above grocery store, buy a pack of gum, pay with your debit card, get $40 back and no one charges you anything extra!
How do we fix this, congress?

Too bad you're not in charge! Seriously, I want the lower fee for bagging my own groceries especially since it takes creating a major scene to get help if you do something stupid like try to buy a bottle of wine and need an override for your ID check.
