Found some of my presents.....

My wife budgets the amount she is going to spend of everyone for Christmas, a specific amount per person...the adult family get to know so they can 'request' certain items.

My amount is a gracious $400. We went and spent it yesterday.

I'm getting this cool car stereo, but was able to get he stereo for $99, but after adding installation parts and $30 for 2 year warranty it came out to $181. I just have to find time to go get it installed! I can plug my Archos or a Jumpdrive right into it and it can play MP3 (or audio books) right through the system, displaying all pertanent info on the little display, even has a remote control!

While checking out I found their advert flyer and found this camcorder on special for $199, its regular price being $279, according to sticker on box. Its got DV/Firewire, so I should be able to have my laptop talk directly to it. So by mid January I should be able to put video on YouTube and things like that! The ccamera dn 3 tapes came out to $227, so we only went over budget $8!
